What this policy covers

Cookies are small files that a website can store in your browser. Websites can also use similar technologies, including local storage, to remember information between visits. What the site stores now

The site stores one first-party preference named cattalyst-consent in your browser's local storage after you choose Accept all, Reject non-essential, or save a preference. This is not a traditional cookie file. Its sole purpose is to remember your choice so the consent panel does not appear on every page and so optional tools can respect that choice.

The preference remains for up to six months, or until you change it through Cookie settings or clear this site's browser data, whichever comes first. We ask again after that period. If browser storage is unavailable, optional tracking remains off and the panel may appear again on a later visit.

Essential and optional categories

• Essential preference storage: always available because it records the choice you request. Provider: The Cattalyst. Item: cattalyst-consent. Duration: up to six months, unless you change the setting or clear local site data sooner.
• Optional analytics: Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate page usage, scrolls, outbound clicks and non-personal conversion actions such as booking-call clicks, contact clicks and successful enquiry submissions. It remains off unless you positively enable it.
• Advertising and profiling: no advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels or profiling trackers are currently active on the site.

Your consent choices

The first-visit panel gives equally accessible options to Accept all or Reject non-essential storage, plus a Manage option for more detail. Optional categories do not run before a positive choice. Closing or navigating away from the panel is not treated as consent.

You can reopen the panel at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. Rejecting optional storage does not prevent you from reading pages, using the contact form or booking a call.

Google Analytics

If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics may set or read analytics storage and collect usage information such as page URL, page title, device/browser details, approximate location, referral source and interaction events. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form messages or other enquiry content to Google Analytics.

If the provider, purpose or data collected changes materially, we will update this policy and ask for a fresh choice where required. Non-essential tools remain blocked unless the visitor has consented.

Server logs are not cookies

Like most hosted websites, our hosting provider may process limited technical request and security logs when a page is requested. That processing does not depend on the optional cookie choice. Third-party booking service

Discovery-call links take you to a HighLevel/LeadConnector-hosted booking page. The booking service is not embedded on thecattalyst.com and does not set its cookies here before you follow the link. Once you open that service, its own privacy and cookie information applies.

Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage in their privacy settings. Blocking all storage may cause the consent panel to reappear, but the core website and contact form should still work. Browser-level controls do not replace your Cookie settings choice on devices where storage remains available.
