Accessibility statement

Last updated: 20 July 2026

We want thecattalyst.com to be usable by as many people as possible. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our working standard, and accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time claim.

Scope and current status

This statement covers the public pages and forms on thecattalyst.com. The site has been designed and checked against core WCAG 2.2 AA principles, including keyboard access, structure, focus visibility, colour contrast, text alternatives and reduced motion. It has not yet completed an independent formal accessibility audit, so we do not claim certified or complete conformance across every browser and assistive- technology combination.

Measures in place

  • semantic page landmarks, descriptive headings and a logical reading order
  • a skip-to-content link at the beginning of each page
  • keyboard-operable navigation, controls, consent choices and forms
  • visible focus states for links, buttons and form fields
  • labels, validation messages and status feedback for form controls
  • responsive layouts that support mobile screens and browser zoom
  • text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden decorative imagery
  • reduced-motion behaviour for visitors who enable that device preference
  • plain-language policy pages and more than one route to contact us

Known limitations

  • Client-logo and testimonial marquees include visual motion. They are not required to access the underlying service information, and motion is reduced or stopped where the visitor's device requests reduced motion.
  • The discovery-call link opens a HighLevel/LeadConnector booking service. Its accessibility is controlled by that provider and may not match every feature of this website.
  • Formal testing across the full range of screen readers, voice-control tools, browsers and operating systems remains ongoing.

Compatibility

The site uses current semantic HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. For the best experience, keep your browser and assistive technology updated. Core written content remains available without optional analytics consent.

Feedback and alternative access

If a page, control or document is difficult to use, email oliver@thecattalyst.com. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem you found and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser or assistive technology used. We will acknowledge the issue, investigate it and provide the information in a reasonable alternative format where practicable.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is reviewed when pages, forms or interactive components change. We prioritise issues that block access to essential information, contact routes or consent choices, and update this statement when the site's status materially changes.
